Kitchen Aid stand mixer reversible cover made for a beloved cobalt blue machine travelled from Houston; with a pattern from here; inspiration from there; a 20-year old left-behind Kenmore sewing machine travelled from Toronto; scrap cloth and inexorable logic from my sweet librarian-singer sister; and Piping, cording, and buttons from JoAnn's on Wesleyan; and all for the love of baking.

Life on a tight leash, no time allowed for dawdling, what can I say. Even so, I’d never have done it but for the inspiration of your cusions, and the cloth “scraps” you had so wonderfully handy! Perfect!
